1. How can I place an order?
In order to be able to place an order, you have to register first. In the upper right side, there is a “Sign in” button which will allow you to register. Click the “Sign In” button, then, you will see the “Not registered?” question, followed by “Click here”. After clicking there, you will have to complete the fields with your information: e-mail, name, surname and password. And this is how you get registered.
2. What happens with all personal data provided at registration?
By placing an order on our website, you give us permission to use your information (including the information added) in order to deliver the products, the services and the information required. This also involves the agreement towards third parties who are involved in the above-described activity.
We understand that with the acceptance of the T&C and the SI we have your consent to use the information provided by you in order to exclude any possible fraud. This information could be recorded by the authorized bodies. If you are under 18, please announce your tutor on this action.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
To add an article into the shopping bag that is listed in different sizes, please first select your size. As a next step, click "add to shopping bag". After the article has been added to the shopping bag, the "mini basket" will open up showing all the articles that have already been added to the shopping bag.
To check whether the desired item is in stock on a certain colour, you have to firstly select the colour, then cross the mouse over the sizes. A message will be displayed to inform you if the selected item is in stock or has to be pre-ordered.
To finalize the ordering process, click the shopping bag and follow the ordering instructions. For information on the sizes, different shipping and payment methods, simply click tabs "sizes", "shipping” and "payment".

3. Which payment methods are accepted on the website?
Payment shall be made online when you place your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT. If order accepted, you will be informed about the time and means of delivery
4. What is your price policy?
Prices are set when products are displayed on site and include VAT and may change when discount policy applies or the euro-lei exchange rate changes significantly. All prices are into EUR.
5. Are out-of-stock items restocked
If an item is out of stock, we have the pre-order option. Read more about it in the pre-order section.
6. Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, except in the case of products which are crafted with handmade embroidery and may encounter slight differences in the pattern/setting of the lace. Also, the color of the fabrics may differ by no more than 2-3 tones.
7. How will I know my order has been received?
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In base of your payment method, your order will be processed and you will receive your status order. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.
8. Can I cancel my order?
We are pleased to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Returns tab.
9. When will I be charged?
Should you go for a credit card or PayPal payment, the process will be completed and authorized in a matter of minutes. When you choose to pay by wire transfer, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can process your order further to the workshop.
10. How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.
11. Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet to check-out
12. If I live outside the E.U., do I pay VAT?
Yes. Final purchase price for orders shipped outside the EU will be calculated with local VAT at checkout. Please note that duties for your country will be applied and invoiced separately through the carrier company.
13. Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside the E.U.?
All prices are final and include shipping. The custom duties and taxes are to be borne by the client.
14. How much are the custom duties and taxes for my order?
The prices are set by the local customs.
