1. ONLINE ORDERS
Thank you for shopping with us at Rhea Costa's online store!Our top priority is your satisfaction with your purchase.
You can return a product for a refund within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, fill in the return form in your client account or email us at office@rheacosta.com.
We will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and the hanger and garment bag included. Please check your items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags or packaging.
If the returned item is not in its original state, we will retain a minimum of 30% of the product value. The value may differ depending on the damaged state of the product. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we allow one exchange per item from your order, requests for the second exchanges will be considered as returned items and returned item policy will be applied as you can read bellow. A new order can be placed.
Please be aware that we offer international free shipping but international returns are not free of charge!
If you are returning an item, the return fee is:
€65 per item for the EU + return shipping taxes with DHL
$105 per item for the US and the rest of the world + return shipping taxes with DHL.
This fees will be deducted from your acount.
Returns are free in Romania.
Your refund will be processed in 30 calendar days from when we receive your returned items. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Local taxes and customs duties in non-EU countries are not included in the price of product or shipping fee, this taxes must be paid by the client upon arrival. In addition, if you delay or deny paying your local or customs fees, you may incur carrier costs, which will also be deducted from your refund.
We accept returned packages through our partners DHL and Fan Courier, but we cannot accept post office packages.
Please note that products that have been altered at the client's request, made-to-measure products, and custom-made products cannot be returned. Products purchased during our sales or promotions period will not be refunded or returned.
If you need a Rhea Costa Retouch, please let us know within 14 calendaristic days from the moment you received the product. Retouches require a 7-10 working day production time and are not free of charge.
2.1. STORE ORDERS (English)
You can exchange or ask for a credit note only in the store the purchase has been made.
Within 14 days from your purchase, you can ask for a product exchange with the value equal to the previous one or bigger. Exchanges can be made only with other products available in the stores.
Rhea Costa will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging, with hanger and garment bag included.We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please bear in mind that Rhea Costa gladly accepts 1 exchange for each item from your order, regardless of the number of items in an order.
Requests for more than one exchange per item will be considered a returned item and a new order must be placed, returned item becomes credit note.
If there is nothing available in the store that you would like to exchange with, the entire amount becomes a credit note that can be used within 12 months. The credit note can be used only in the same store where the original purchase has been made.
Credit note cannot be used for preorder orders, it can be used only on physically available items in store.
Products that suffered alterations at client's request can not be returned.
Made-to-measure products can not be returned.
Custom-made products can not be returned.
Products purchased during our sales or promotions period will not be refunded or returned.
The Rhea Costa Retouch is available within 14 calendaristic days from the moment the product has been delivered/ picked up by the customer.
Retouches need a 7-10 working days production time and it is not free of charge.
2.2. POLITICA DE SCHIMB SI RETUR IN MAGAZINELE RHEA COSTA (Romana)
Puteți schimba sau cere o notă de credit numai în magazinul în care a fost făcută achiziția. În termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la achiziție, puteți solicita un schimb de produs cu valoarea egală cu cea precedentă sau mai mare. Schimburile se pot face doar cu alte produse disponibile fizic in magazin.
Rhea Costa va accepta schimbul sau returul doar pentru articolele fara defect, INSOTITE DE BONUL FISCAL IN ORIGINAL, sunt în starea lor inițială, nu au fost purtate, modificate sau spălate, cu toate etichetele atașate și în ambalajul original inclusiv umerasul și husa aferenta.
Vă sfătuim insistent să verificați cu atenție articolele de îmbrăcăminte la momentul recepției înainte de a îndepărta orice etichetă atașată și înainte de a arunca orice ambalaj original.
*Vă rugăm să rețineți că Rhea Costa acceptă cu plăcere maxim un (1) schimb per articol achiziționat, ulterior pentru articolele schimbate NU sa mai accepta un alt schimb sau retur.
*Dacă nu există nimic disponibil în magazin, cu care doriți să faceți schimb, întreaga sumă devine o notă de credit care poate fi utilizată în termen de 12 luni. Nota de credit poate fi utilizată doar în același magazin în care a fost făcută achiziția inițială.
*Nota de credit NU poate fi utilizată pentru comenzile de tip pre-comandă, poate fi folosită doar pentru articolele disponibile fizic în magazin, cu o valoare cumulata egală sau mai mare decat valoarea notei de credit.
* Pentru articolele achiziționate in baza unei note de credit, intr-un retur precedent, NU sa mai acceptă un alt schimb sau un alt retur.
*Produsele care au beneficiat de serviciul de retus, la cererea clientului nu pot fi returnate.
*Produsele MADE-TO-MEASURE nu pot fi returnate.
*Produsele personalizate nu pot fi returnate.
*Produsele achiziționate în perioada noastră de vânzări PROMOTIONALE nu pot fi schimbate sau returnate.
Serviciul Rhea Costa Retouch este disponibil în termen de 14 zile calendaristice din momentul livrării/ ridicării produsului de către client.
Acest serviciu necesită un timp de producție de 7-10 zile lucrătoare și este contracost.

Once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs and made to measure fee.
For card payments, we will process the refund within 10-15 working days after the returned item has been checked and approved.
For payment on delivery orders, the refund process will take up to 30 working days from the moment the returned product has been checked and approved.
Please note that the refund may take longer to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
Please ensure that the returned product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our standards.

The refund time frame depends on the payment method. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards.
In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. Products purchased during our sales period will not be refunded or returned.
PROMOTIONS REFUNDS
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Products purchased during promotion periods can be refunded, but in this case the promotion rule might be broken.
